Montana getaway. This huge freshwater lake, one of the largest in the
U.S., features an amazing variety of fish, wildlife, and recreation
choices just outside your door.

LLC is based in Polson, Montana, a
picturesque small town tucked on the south shore of Flathead Lake. From
Polson you can drive to Glacier National Park in just over an hour.
Glacier Park and the valley around Flathead Lake have been selected by the
National Geographic Society as the “Crown
of the Continent.” As you drive the spectacular Going-to-the-Sun Road,
the park’s rugged peaks, green valleys, dramatic waterfalls, flowers and
wildlife open above and below you. Be sure to hike some of Glacier’s
nature trails to experience beauty you’ll never forget.
Wild Horse Island State Park is situated off the West shore of Flathead
Lake, close to Big Arm. When you visit the island, watch for the osprey,
eagles, deer, bighorn sheep and the three wild horses that still live
there today. Wild Horse Island can be reached only by watercraft, so plan
on a full day of fun.
